Amazon Virtual Assistant – Job Description

Position: Amazon Virtual Assistant (Remote/On-site)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Amazon Virtual Assistant to manage and support our Amazon Seller Central account. The ideal candidate should have experience with product listings, inventory management, order processing, customer service, and basic Amazon PPC.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Amazon Seller Central account
• Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)
• Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking
• Process and track customer orders
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Handle returns, refunds, and A-to-Z claims
• Monitor account health and ensure Amazon policy compliance
• Assist with Amazon PPC campaigns and promotional activities
• Generate sales and inventory reports
• Conduct product and competitor research

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
• Experience with product listing optimization and keyword research
• Basic understanding of Amazon PPC is an asset
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or SellerAmp
• Knowledge of FBA and FBM operations
• Understanding of Amazon SEO and product ranking

Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or in Amazon account management.

This description can be used for hiring a remote Amazon VA or an in-house Amazon e-commerce assistant.

Pay: Rs23,986.86 - Rs99,047.90 per month
