Job Overview

New Era Industries is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager Production to oversee and manage factory production operations related to building materials manufacturing, especially doors, windows, profiles, and related products. The candidate will support the Production Manager in achieving operational targets, improving efficiency, and ensuring smooth factory operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager in overseeing complete factory production operations and achieving production targets.
• Supervise production teams, shift operations, and floor activities to ensure smooth workflow and maximum productivity.
• Ensure production schedules are executed efficiently according to delivery timelines and operational priorities.
• Monitor machine utilization, manpower allocation, and material consumption to minimize wastage and downtime.
• Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Maintenance, Procurement, and Quality departments for uninterrupted production flow.
• Ensure all production activities comply with company SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor daily production performance, rejection rates, and operational efficiency, and take corrective actions where required.
• Support implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure proper handling and availability of raw materials, tools, and production resources on the shop floor.
• Supervise preventive maintenance coordination to reduce machine breakdowns and operational delays.
• Maintain accurate production reports, shift reports, and operational records for management review.
• Train, guide, and evaluate production staff to improve discipline, efficiency, and technical performance.
• Assist management in production planning, capacity utilization, and achieving departmental KPIs.
• Handle production-related operational issues and ensure timely resolution to avoid delays in manufacturing activities.
• Ensure timely completion of production orders while maintaining required quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant production experience in Plastic manufacturing industry.
• Preference will be given to candidates from building materials, uPVC, aluminum, windows & doors, profiles, or related industries.
• Gender Preference: Male
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience Required: 5+ Years
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Good understanding of production planning, factory operations, and process optimization.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production activities effectively.

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month
