Creative Manager

Surmawala is looking for an experienced Creative Manager to lead the creative team and develop high-quality content for branding, advertising, social media, photography, and video campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to turn marketing objectives into effective creative concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage graphic designers, content creators, photographers, and video teams.
• Develop creative concepts for promotional and branding campaigns.
• Maintain consistency across all visual and digital communication.
• Review and approve designs, videos, photography, and marketing materials.
• Plan creative campaigns for social media, retail promotions, and events.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and management teams.
• Manage creative timelines, priorities, and project deadlines.
• Conduct competitor and market research for new creative ideas.
• Ensure all content follows the company’s brand guidelines.
• Monitor the quality and performance of creative campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Design, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the creative or advertising industry.
• Previous experience managing a creative team.
• Strong understanding of graphic design, branding, social media content, photography, and video production.
• Ability to plan and execute creative campaigns.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
