Full job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Executive to join our Affiliate Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing coupon, deal, across multiple affiliate websites, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and published on time. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong research skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain coupon, deal, and promotional data on affiliate websites.
• Verify coupon codes, offer validity, expiration dates, and merchant details before publishing.
• Conduct online research to identify new offers, merchants, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor expired or inactive offers and replace or remove them promptly.
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ensure data consistency, formatting, and quality across all websites.
• Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct data errors.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Entry within the Affiliate Marketing/Coupon Industry
• Experience working with coupon, cashback, or deal websites.
• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good internet research and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing concepts, affiliate networks, and online promotions is preferred.

Location: Karachi
Timings: 10am-6pm
