Full job description

Arena Multimedia Federal B Area is looking for a motivated, confident, and result-oriented Career Counselor to join our admissions and student counseling team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, understanding their career interests, recommending suitable professional courses, handling inquiries, and converting prospective students into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding career options, professional courses, and future career pathways.
• Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, skills, and career goals.
• Provide detailed information about Arena Multimedia courses, curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, and career opportunities.
• Handle walk-in inquiries, telephone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online leads professionally.
• Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain inquiry records.
• Convert qualified inquiries into successful admissions and achieve assigned admission targets.
• Maintain accurate student inquiry, follow-up, and admission records.
• Explain course benefits, career opportunities, and job-oriented skills to prospective students.
• Coordinate with the Academic and Administration departments regarding student admissions and class schedules.
• Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, career counseling sessions, educational events, and promotional activities.
• Build strong professional relationships with students and parents.
• Support student engagement and retention activities.
• Stay updated about current trends in the IT, creative media, digital marketing, animation, graphic design, web development, and related industries.
• Perform other admission and counseling-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: Rs19,999.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month
