What You’ll Do

• Ideate, research, and write multiple YouTube scripts each week across a variety of formats (educational, marketing, entertainment).
• Develop compelling hooks, story arcs, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and retention.
• Use analytics and performance data to shape scripts that resonate with audiences and align with client goals.
• Collaborate with producers, editors, and strategists to maintain a consistent voice and high production standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience writing YouTube scripts and marketing content (portfolio required).
• Ability to independently generate concepts, perform deep research, and deliver ready-to-shoot scripts.
• Strong grasp of data-driven storytelling—you understand watch time, retention curves, and audience psychology.
• Excellent command of English with a conversational, engaging tone.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
