Job Title: Content Creator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality written, visual, and/or video content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns
• Develop content ideas based on trends, audience preferences, and brand strategy
• Write clear, compelling copy for posts, captions, articles, and ads
• Plan and execute content calendars
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency
• Shoot and edit basic photos/videos (if required)
• Monitor content performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or similar role
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro. Adobe After Effect, Capcut )
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Understanding of content marketing and SEO basics
• Creativity with attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
• Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut)
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)

KPIs (Performance Indicators):

• Engagement rate (likes, shares, comments)
• Content reach and impressions
• Follower growth
• Lead generation or conversions from content
