Job Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Video Editor and AI Video Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in professional video editing, a solid understanding of content creation for digital platforms, and hands-on ability to use modern AI tools for video generation and creative production.

This role requires someone who can produce high-quality video content across a range of formats, including short-form advertising content such as Meta ads, as well as longer-form content such as YouTube videos. In addition to traditional editing skills, this position places significant importance on the use of AI tools, including prompting, generating, and refining video assets using leading AI video generation platforms.

The successful candidate should be adaptable, proactive, and committed to staying current with emerging tools, workflows, and creative trends in both video editing and AI-powered content production.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality video content for a variety of digital platforms and marketing channels
• Produce short-form content for paid advertising campaigns, including Meta ads and other social media placements
• Edit longer-form video content for platforms such as YouTube
• Use AI tools to generate, refine, and enhance video content as part of the production workflow
• Develop effective prompts and creative inputs for AI video generation platforms
• Create content across multiple video styles, including UGC-style videos, product advertisements, story-driven videos, and other relevant formats
• Ensure all video deliverables meet quality standards, brand requirements, and project deadlines
• Collaborate with team members to interpret creative direction, incorporate feedback, and improve output
• Monitor developments in AI video tools, editing techniques, and content trends to continuously improve production quality and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of completed work
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or other professional video editing software
• Demonstrated ability to edit both short-form and long-form video content
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, structure, sound, transitions, and visual quality
• Practical experience with AI prompting and AI video generation tools such as VEO 3, Sora, Seedance, Kling, or similar platforms
• Ability to create a range of video formats, including UGC content, simple product ads, and story-based videos
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing polished work
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and accountability
• Strong learning agility and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and industry trends
