Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in the Karachi, NASTP. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into polished video content, including promotional campaigns, social media assets, and client presentations. Day-to-day tasks include editing video clips, synchronizing audio, applying transitions and effects, color correcting and grading footage, and preparing final deliverables in various formats. The role also involves collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs, refine visual storytelling, and align content with brand and campaign objectives. The Video Editor will help maintain media libraries, stay current with industry trends, and contribute creative ideas to improve video quality and audience engagement.

NOTE: PRIOR EXPERIENCE WORKING IN MARKETING AGENCY IS A MUST.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience turning raw footage into compelling, cohesive stories.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to enhance visual tone and maintain consistent look and feel across projects.
Capability in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements, titles, and overlays that support campaign goals.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut or DaVinci Resolve) 
Strong sense of pacing, composition, and visual storytelling, with attention to detail and quality
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and respond constructively to feedback and revisions
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
