US Recruiter – Scheduler (Onsite | Karachi)

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Source, screen, and engage candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Use strong communication and sales skills to attract and convert top-tier talent
• Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently across time zones
• Maintain a structured pipeline and build strong relationships with hiring managers

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in US recruitment (agency or corporate)
• Proven ability to thrive in high-volume hiring with a results-driven mindset
• Strong sourcing expertise (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Confident communicator with persuasive and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, reliable, and ready to join immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
