Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter to join our dynamic team on a night shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have expertise in high-volume recruitment, strong sales and persuasion skills, and the ability to contribute immediately toward hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple US-based roles
• Source and engage candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Use sales and communication skills to attract top talent
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Meet hiring targets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipeline reports

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of US recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
• Proven success in high-volume hiring
• Background in sales or business development is a plus
• Proficient in sourcing tools like Indeed and LinkedIn
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated, independent, and ready for immediate joining.
