Upwork Bidder

Prime Automation is looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for submitting high-quality proposals to potential clients on the Upwork platform, showcasing our company's capabilities and services effectively. You will use your skills in proposal writing, client communication, and time management to identify suitable projects, craft competitive bids, and maintain professional interactions with clients to help grow our presence on Upwork. This position requires at least one year of experience using Upwork or similar freelance platforms. You will work independently without managing a team, focusing on driving successful project acquisitions for Prime Automation.
Responsibilities
 

• Research and identify relevant projects on the Upwork platform that align with company services and expertise.
• Write clear, compelling, and customized proposals that highlight the companys strengths and address client needs.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with potential clients to clarify project details and foster trust.
• Manage and prioritize multiple bidding opportunities efficiently to maximize success rate.
• Track submitted proposals and follow up with clients as appropriate to increase engagement.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices within the Upwork platform to optimize bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and tailor bids effectively.
• Ensure all bidding activities conform to company guidelines and ethical standards.
• Analyze feedback from clients and outcomes of bids to continuously improve proposal quality and approach.
• Manage personal workload and deadlines independently without team oversight.
