Job Description

Program Objective:

This is a leading program through which talented fresh graduates are being hired at our Commercial Banking & Small-Medium Enterprise (CBSME) business. Under the mentorship of senior managers, the program aims to impart the best training to selected candidates with the objective of transforming them into seasoned professionals and future leaders in the banking industry.

Post-Training Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Relationship Manager / Unit Head / Team Leader in given assignments.
• Providing quality relationship management to new and existing customers to sustain customer satisfaction.
• Assist in identifying Commercial & SME banking customer needs and the implementation of new products and services.
• Responsible for the growth of the assets portfolio.
• Conduct financial statements & credit analysis of customers for credit applications and perform annual reviews.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders (internal/external auditors/regulator) and provide required information in a timely manner as per management advice.
• Ensure compliance with SBP’s prudential/other regulations and with the prevalent policies & procedures of the Bank.
