Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with warm leads to build rapport and understand client needs.
• Recommend property investment opportunities tailored to client goals.
• Stay updated on market trends and communicate benefits effectively.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and assist in closing deals.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years in sales, or customer service (fresh graduates welcome).
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency.
• Attributes: Client-focused, results-driven, and a team player.
