Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi, Pakistan for a TikTok Shop Manager. The TikTok Shop Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple brand client shops inside TikTok Shop Seller Center. From keeping listings optimized and flash sales running 24/7, to responding to customers and registering for campaigns, this role owns the details that keep every shop performing at its best.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time (Aligns with 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Shop Management: Manage TikTok Shop Seller Center for multiple brand clients daily, keeping every listing clean, accurate, and fully optimized
• Flash Sales: Schedule and maintain flash sales across all brand accounts every week with zero gaps, flash sales run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Customer Messages: Respond to all customer messages across every brand shop within 2 hours, no exceptions
• Score Monitoring: Check the SPSS seller performance score for every brand daily and flag any drops to the team lead immediately
• Product Listings: Create and update product listings using approved brand assets and copy, following the internal process for every listing
• Campaign Registration: Register every brand for every available TikTok Shop campaign daily — missing a campaign means missing free exposure
• Review Management: Monitor and respond to negative and neutral reviews daily following the internal response process
• Automated Messages: Set up all automated CRM messages in TikTok Shop for every new brand during onboarding
• Daily Reporting: Submit a daily shop health report to the team lead covering every brand before end of shift

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center is a strong plus
• Background in e-commerce operations, virtual assistance, or shop management
• Strong written English for customer-facing communication
• Familiarity with Google Sheets for daily logging and tracking
• Must be based in Karachi and available to work on-site
