Creative Ad Strategist

We are seeking a full-time, in-house Creative Ad Strategist to join our team.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong creative instinct, capable of building creative campaigns from concept to execution - and leading a small team while doing it.

Location: DHA Phase 7 ext Karachi (In-House, on-site)

Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: PKR 130,000 – 140,000/month

Timings: 12:00 PM onwards (Monday – Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative ad strategies and campaign concepts aligned with client goals and brand identity.
• Produce ad creatives using AI tools (Claude, Chat GPT, etc.).
• Write compelling ad copies and scripts.
• Handle client communications, briefs, feedback calls, and presentations professionally.
• Lead and manage a team of 2 graphic designers, providing direction and quality control.
• Stay updated on digital trends, platform changes, and emerging AI tools.

Requirements:

• Strong command of written and spoken English - non-negotiable.
• Proven experience in creative strategy or a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools.
• Solid ad copywriting skills with a portfolio to back it up.
• Comfortable managing clients independently and leading a small team.
• Graphic design experience is a plus.
