We are performance-obsessed, data-driven, and targeting aggressive growth toward $100M+ in revenue. TikTok Shop is a key pillar of our next growth phase.

About the Role

This is not a strategy role. We need an executor. You will own TikTok Shop operations end-to-end: setup, product listing optimization, affiliate/creator recruitment, UGC coordination, Spark Ads, and performance reporting. You will work directly with the CMO and our Team to turn TikTok into a reliable, scalable revenue channel.

Responsibilities

Shop Setup & Launch

  • Set up and configure TikTok Shops for brands
  • Integrate TikTok Shop with Shopify for seamless inventory and order management
  • Handle product listing creation with full SEO + CRO optimization (titles, descriptions, images, keywords)
  • Manage product approval processes including any restricted-category navigation for supplement SKUs
  • Configure shipping, returns, and fulfillment settings in coordination with ops team

Affiliate & Creator Program

  • Recruit and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates for all three brands via the TikTok Shop affiliate marketplace
  • Build and manage a creator pipeline with ongoing outreach, briefing, and relationship management
  • Coordinate UGC content strategy — brief creators, review content, and track performance by creator
  • Identify top-performing creators and scale commission structures accordingly
  • Monitor creator CVR, GMV attribution, and optimize affiliate mix

Performance & Paid Media

  • Launch and manage Spark Ads to amplify top-performing organic and UGC content
  • Monitor and optimize GMV TikTok Shop campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal video editors (Rana, Keith) on ad creative briefs and iterations

Ongoing Management & Reporting

  • Own weekly performance reporting: GMV, affiliate revenue, creator metrics
  • Monitor shop health, seller ratings, and compliance — proactively resolve any policy issues or appeals
  • Stay current on TikTok Shop algorithm changes, new features, and category policies
  • Identify new product opportunities and surface winning SKUs for each brand

Qualifications

  • 2+ years managing TikTok Shop(s) with verifiable GMV results (US market strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience scaling a brand from $0 to consistent monthly TikTok Shop revenue
  • Hands-on affiliate/creator recruitment and management — not just oversight
  • TikTok Shop product listing optimization: SEO, image CRO, keyword strategy
  • Shopify + TikTok Shop integration experience
  • Spark Ads setup and optimization

Required Skills

  • Experience in health, wellness, beauty, or pet supplement categories on TikTok Shop
  • Familiarity with restricted/regulated product categories and approval workflows
  • Experience managing multiple shops or brands simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of TikTok Shop analytics, CTR/CVR benchmarks, and attribution
  • AI-native workflows — using AI tools to accelerate creator sourcing, creative briefs, or listing optimization

  • An operator, not a consultant — you build and run things hands-on
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail across multiple brand workstreams
  • Clear and proactive communicator — weekly updates, no hand-holding required
  • Results-driven: you track GMV, ROAS, and CAC, not just activity metrics
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, async-first remote environment
