Qualifications For (Umrah Consultant):

Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or relevant field (preferred)

Certification in IATA/UFTAA or related travel courses is a plus

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Umrah/Hajj travel consultancy

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Umrah packages, visa processing, and Saudi travel regulations

Experience in handling Umrah clients and complete booking procedures

Excellent communication and customer dealing skills

Ability to guide clients regarding documentation and travel plans

Familiarity with airline ticketing systems and hotel bookings

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Bonus (Preferred):

Experience with Saudi Umrah portals (Nusuk, etc.)

Arabic language skills (basic or fluent)

Existing client network in Umrah travel

Qualifications for (Ticketing Officer):

• Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Diploma or Certificate in Airline Ticketing / Travel & Tourism is a plus
• IATA, Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo certification preferred
• 
   

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in airline ticketing
• Proficiency in GDS software (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo)
• Knowledge of international & domestic airfare rules
• Ability to issue, reissue, cancel & refund tickets
• Familiarity with Umrah & Hajj ticketing procedures
• Good communication skills in English & Urdu
• MS Office proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
