RozeeGPT Demo is seeking a talented Textile Designer with a strong background in both artistic creativity and technical expertise to join our innovative team. This role focuses on designing unique patterns, textures, and fabric structures tailored for diverse applications including fashion, home furnishings, and industrial uses. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of fabric construction and digital design tools, blending creative flair with practical skills to produce high-quality textile solutions. In addition to developing original designs, this position requires managing a team of two individuals, providing guidance and coordinating efforts to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and with excellence. The Textile Designer applies advanced skills in surface pattern design, color theory, and repeat pattern creation while leveraging modern digital textile printing technologies and computer-aided design software. This role demands proficiency in fabric preparation, prototyping, and sampling to deliver tangible products aligned with technical specifications. The candidate will collaborate closely with production and development teams to innovate fabric designs that meet industry standards and consumer expectations. Strong leadership capabilities complement the technical and creative aspects of this role, enabling the team to execute projects successfully from concept through to final production.
Responsibilities
 

• Create original textile designs incorporating surface pattern design, color theory, and fabric knowledge to meet specific project goals for fashion, home dcor, and industrial markets.
• Develop and refine fabric textures, patterns, and structures using digital textile printing technologies and computer-aided textile design software.
• Produce repeat pattern designs ensuring seamless and aesthetically appealing layouts suitable for various textile applications.
• Prepare technical specification sheets detailing fabric construction, color applications, and production requirements to support manufacturing processes.
• Lead prototyping and sampling efforts to test and validate textile designs, ensuring quality and feasibility before full-scale production.
• Manage and mentor a team of two designers, providing direction, feedback, and support to foster skill development and achieve project milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, merchandising, and marketing to align textile designs with product requirements and market trends.
• Research and stay informed on emerging textile design techniques, materials, and technologies to innovate and enhance design offerings.
• Oversee fabric preparation procedures to ensure proper material selection and treatment aligned with design intent and technical constraints.
• Maintain thorough documentation of design processes and modifications for reference and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all textile designs comply with industry standards and company quality benchmarks to deliver durable and visually compelling products.
