Responsibilities
Development Plan
· Giving inputs to Regional Teams/Network planners on improvement/enhancement in Strategic development of Retail Network through;
i. Market Intelligence
ii. Industry Trends
iii. Study of Road Networks
iv. Sales Pockets
v. Demographics etc.
Reports on daily/monthly/quarterly/half yearly and yearly basis
· NTI/OMC/CNG Conversion approvals Vs Targets.
· Pipeline projects reports.
· District Wise commissioned sites reports.
· Commissioned sites reports.
· Look Back report for assessing the performance of commissioned sites in relation to the targets assigned.
Annual Budgeting/Forecasting (Capital Budget)
· Preparation and finalization of yearly Development Targets/Projections Network with the support of In-charge.
Site Approvals
· Recommend Commercial arrangement on Security deposits, fix & variable rentals and licensing fee against investment to management for preparation of business proposals.
· Negotiations with the dealers to close the deals in best interest of the Company and business viability on basis of trade area potential and traffic count of that specific area.
· Evaluation/assessment of sites after productive touring of that specific area to identify the potential.
· Overlook the process for preparation and approval of NTI/OMC/CNG Conversion approvals.
Overseeing completion of Pipeline Projects
· Close coordination with Support functions including focal persons, retail development teams, engineering section, business partners and government departments for maturity of the pipeline projects.
· Provide active input and solutions for removing bottlenecks for commissioning of the pipeline projects within the proposed timeline.
Coordination with Government Departments
· Active coordination with government departments including Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority, Department of Explosives, Ministry of Petroleum and relevant government departments for obtaining approvals for development of new retail outlets and storage terminals
