Telesales Representative (Female Preferred – Urdu, English, Spanish Speaker)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Urdu and English, and candidates with knowledge of Spanish will be strongly encouraged to apply. The role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services.
• Identify prospects and convert them into customers.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate call and sales records in CRM or company systems.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred
• Fluency in Urdu and English (Spanish will be an added advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous telesales/call center experience preferred, but fresh candidates are also welcome to apply.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
