Technical Support Network Engineer (Weekend – 2 Days Only)

Brain Power Technical Services is hiring qualified candidates for the position of Technical Support Network Engineer on a weekend basis (2 days per week).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support, Networking, and VoIP services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi networks.
• Hands-on experience with VoIP systems (IP phones, PBX, SIP, call routing).
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Familiarity with Windows systems, Microsoft 365, and remote support tools.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support for users, systems, and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
• Configure and maintain VoIP systems and IP telephony.
• Handle weekend support tasks and ensure system uptime.

Job Type:

• Part-time (Weekend only – 2 days per week)
