Job Overview
The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for delivering comprehensive troubleshooting along with software and hardware support to customers. The role requires a proactive learner who can quickly adapt to new technologies, provide exceptional customer service in English, and effectively support a wide range of applications and hardware systems.

This is an onsite role and requires working in the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets and phone calls from pharmacies.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to printers, computers, interfaces, and networking equipment used in pharmacy operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities and interactions with pharmacy staff.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all users.
• Identify recurring issues and collaborate on developing long-term solutions to prevent future occurrences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT systems, installations, or application support.
• Strong understanding of computers, printers, and networking equipment.
• Excellent English communication skills, particularly over the phone, with a clear, confident, and professional tone.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
