Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Service Officer located in Karachi Division. The Technical Service Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting equipment inspections, undertaking maintenance and repair tasks, and ensuring the quality of service delivery to clients. The role involves clear communication with clients, offering technical consultancy, overseeing operational training sessions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable after-sales service.
 

Qualifications

• Strong Technical Support and Laboratory Skills, with the ability to diagnose and solve equipment issues effectively
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess technical problems and implement proactive maintenance measures
• Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills to provide clear updates and maintain positive client relationships
• Proficiency in understanding technical manuals and equipment specifications
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
• Prior experience in equipment maintenance or technical service support is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant software is an added advantage
• Ability to travel within Karachi Division and other remote locations as needed
