System Support Officer + CCTV Surveillance

Key Responsibilities:

✅Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks.

✅CCTV support and monitoring.

✅Implement and manage the company's message broadcast system.

✅Ensure the reliable operation of hardware, software, and network systems.

✅Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

✅Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues promptly.

✅Ensure data protection and compliance with relevant regulations.

✅Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

✅Perform regular backups and ensure data recovery processes are in place.

✅Assist in planning and implementing IT projects to improve business operations.

Job Specification:

✅Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

✅Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

✅Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

✅Proficient in using IT management software and tools

Package: 50k TO 60k

Location: Head Office DHA phase-6 Karachi

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
