Supply Chain Executive – E-Commerce

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Executive to lead our supply chain operations and ensure a seamless flow of products from suppliers to warehouses and ultimately to our customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management within fast-paced e-commerce environments. This role requires a proactive leader who can analyze data, optimize processes, strengthen supplier relationships, and implement strategies that drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Strategy & Optimization

• Develop and implement innovative supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain objectives with overall business goals.

Inventory Management

• Oversee end-to-end inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, demand forecasting, and implementing replenishment strategies.
• Utilize analytics to optimize inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations.
• Implement best practices to ensure inventory accuracy, optimal turnover rates, and minimal stockouts.

Supplier & Vendor Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce supply chain complexities, including forecasting, demand planning, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive process improvements.

Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Salary: PKR 120k – 150k per month
