Job Description

MENZIES-RAS Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Supervisor (Cabin Cleaning) to oversee and ensure the efficient cleaning of aircraft cabins during turnaround operations. The role focuses on leading cabin cleaning teams to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within tight operational schedules. The supervisor will coordinate manpower, monitor cleaning quality, and enforce compliance with airline standards, airport safety protocols, and environmental regulations. This position demands excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Although this role does not involve managing a formal team, the supervisor is expected to guide and support cabin cleaning staff through training, coaching, and performance monitoring. They will work closely with airline representatives and other stakeholders to achieve timely aircraft turnaround while minimizing customer complaints and ensuring safety. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in aviation ground operations or aircraft cleaning, with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
 

• Supervise cabin cleaning operations during aircraft turnaround to ensure timely and effective cleaning of cabins, galleys, lavatories, seats, carpets, overhead bins, and all cabin equipment according to airline standards.
• Coordinate and allocate manpower efficiently based on flight schedules and operational priorities to maximize productivity and meet service level agreements.
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-cleaning inspections to verify that all cleaning activities meet quality standards and report any defects or irregularities promptly.
• Ensure strict adherence to airport safety regulations, airline procedures, and security requirements throughout the cleaning process to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain detailed records of daily cleaning activities, attendance, equipment use, and generate operational reports that support continuous improvement.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance assessments for cleaning staff to foster skill development and ensure consistent service quality.
• Manage the proper use, storage, and control of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and consumables in compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture by conducting safety briefings and ensuring all staff follow safety protocols rigorously.
• Collaborate with airline representatives, ramp operations, dispatch teams, and other stakeholders to coordinate seamless turnaround efforts and resolve service-related issues.
• Investigate any service failures or customer complaints, develop corrective action plans, and implement changes to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and waste disposal regulations to support sustainable operations and minimize environmental impact.
• Support internal and external audits, inspections, and quality assurance initiatives to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
• Monitor aircraft turnaround times and cleaning completion rates against agreed key performance indicators to drive continuous performance improvement.
