Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Karāchi for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction through strong service and effective communication. Additional responsibilities include managing staff, addressing customer concerns, maintaining store appearance, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies.

• Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
• Experience in Store Management and day-to-day retail operations
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies and practices
• Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve efficiency
• Prior experience in the printing or similar industries is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
