Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to manage and grow our presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong experience in Facebook and Instagram Ads, content strategy, and lead generation, especially in the education or course-selling industry.
This is not just a posting role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, bring ideas, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Advertising & Lead Generation:
- Plan, run, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
- Set up and manage Facebook Pixel
- Generate leads for spoken English courses
- Monitor cost per lead and improve campaign performance
- Perform A/B testing on creatives and audiences
Social Media Management:
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Design and post engaging content (posts, captions, creatives)
- Maintain consistent branding across platforms
- Post stories and ensure regular activity
Engagement:
- Reply to comments and engage with audience
- Send invites and help grow the community
- (DM handling will be managed internally)
Strategy & Creativity:
- Create weekly content calendars
- Suggest campaign ideas, offers, and discounts (Eid, Ramadan, results season, etc.)
- Stay updated with trends and implement them
- Bring new ideas to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
Reporting & Accountability (Mandatory):
- Daily task updates must be shared
- Weekly reports must include:
- Leads generated
- Cost per lead
- Campaign performance
- Content performance
This is a results-driven role. Consistency and responsibility are required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager
- Experience in lead generation (education industry preferred)
- Ability to design posts using tools like Canva
- Strong understanding of social media growth and strategy
- Basic understanding of YouTube growth
- Responsible, consistent, and able to meet deadlines
Preferred (Bonus Skills):
- Experience in educational marketing
- Basic video editing skills
- Understanding of audience psychology and sales funnels
