Responsibilities:

• Running client accounts on social media platforms.
• Researching best content as per the client niche for the content calendar per month.
• Formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.
• Building audience on Social Media accounts with Organic outreach and techniques.
• Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
• Building an engaging audience through interactive engagement techniques
• Managing groups and communities on behalf of clients.
• Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
• Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
• Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
• To re-strategize social media campaigns per month with new ideas.

Required Technology Expertise:

• Chatgpt prompt
• Hashtag ranking tools
• Google Analytics (basic)
• Canva
• Capcut or any video reel maker
• Mailchimp or any other email platform (basic)
• Ads Manager (basic)

Skill Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience with diverse clients
• Strong working knowledge of Meta, Insta, Linkedin, Pinterest, Twitter, and other platforms.
• Experience developing social media strategies.
• Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
• Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
• Understanding of email marketing
• Understanding of keywords and hashtags utilization
• Ability to create monthly progress reports
