About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead, develop, and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all major platforms. The ideal candidate will oversee content creation, campaign management, community engagement, and performance analytics to elevate brand visibility and drive audience growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute multi-channel social media strategies aligned with brand goals
• Manage brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
• Lead content planning, monthly content calendars, and grid aesthetic management
• Oversee paid social media campaigns, budgeting, and ad performance optimization
• Analyze platform metrics and KPIs to prepare actionable performance reports
• Manage social media management tools and Meta Business Suite operations
• Collaborate with creative teams (designers, videographers, copywriters) to produce high-engaging content

Tools & Software

• Meta Business Suite
• Social Media Management Platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social)
• Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager)
• Design/Visual Tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite — basic overview)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in social media management, brand management, or agency environments
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content trends, and audience engagement tactics
• Experience managing paid social campaigns and analyzing performance data
• Creative eye with strong collaboration and communication skills

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
