Role Description

This is a full-time, REMOTE role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute social media marketing strategies to drive audience engagement and growth. Daily responsibilities include creating and scheduling content for various platforms, optimizing social media performance, monitoring analytics, and engaging with online communities. The role also involves collaborating with the content team to align social strategies with broader objectives.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategy
• Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms
• Creative problem-solving skills and an eye for emerging trends
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
• Familiarity with campus culture and Gen Z trends is a plus
