We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence.

The Role

You will be responsible for creating content, managing social media platforms, engaging online communities, researching trends, analyzing performance, and supporting paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Create graphics, reels, short-form videos, posts, and marketing creatives.
• Plan and maintain content calendars.
• Research trends, audience behavior, and algorithm updates.
• Develop strategies to improve organic reach and engagement.
• Manage communities on Reddit, Quora, and Pinterest.
• Track analytics and provide performance-based recommendations.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
• Support Meta paid advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Good knowledge of Reddit, Quora, and Pinterest.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and organic growth.
• Mandatory: Canva & CapCut proficiency.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Excellent English communication.
• Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong portfolio is required.

Portfolio May Include

Social media accounts, campaigns, reels/videos, graphics, content calendars, growth results, paid campaigns, or other relevant digital marketing work.

Candidates without a relevant portfolio may not be considered.

Preferred Experience

Experience in religious content, PR/marketing agencies, influencer campaigns, professional content creation, or digital production is a plus.

Knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Illustrator is also an advantage.

Degree Not Required

A university degree is not mandatory. We value skills, creativity, practical experience, results, and portfolio strength.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
