Mark Solutions is seeking a skilled Social Media Executive to lead and manage a dynamic team of 15 professionals. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in social media management paired with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. This role requires expertise in managing content across major social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook. The executive will develop and implement engaging social media campaigns, using analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager to optimize performance. A key responsibility involves driving brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, and executing content strategies tailored to the unique characteristics of each social channel. The role also emphasizes content creation skills, including proficiency with design and video editing applications like Canva and Adobe Spark. Writing excellence and the ability to adjust tone and voice to suit different platforms are critical aspects of success. The Social Media Executive remains up-to-date with the latest internet culture and social media trends, integrating this knowledge into all activities. Additionally, the position requires managing social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later to schedule and monitor posts effectively while using analytics dashboards to report on outcomes and inform strategy refinements.
Responsibilities
 

  • Lead, manage, and coordinate a team of 15 social media professionals to ensure coherent strategy execution and campaign delivery.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media campaigns that align with Mark Solutions marketing goals and brand guidelines.
  • Manage content creation and curation across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms to maximize audience engagement.
  • Utilize social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, and Later to schedule posts, monitor social channels, and optimize content dissemination.
  • Analyze social media metrics using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics dashboards to assess campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Adapt social media strategy based on data insights, industry trends, and competitive analysis to enhance reach and engagement.
  • Ensure all content maintains high-quality standards and is tailored in tone and style for each social media platform.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce visually appealing and compelling multimedia content.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and internet culture to keep the companys channels relevant and innovative.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms, ensuring effective communication with diverse audiences.
  • Perform ongoing research and evaluation of emerging social media tools and best practices to improve team efficiency and campaign results.
  • Train and mentor team members in social media best practices, platform innovations, and content marketing techniques.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, PR, and customer service to align social media activities with overall company objectives.
  • Manage budgets and resources related to social media advertising campaigns and content production.
  • Monitor social media conversations and respond proactively to audience feedback, queries, and potential issues.
