Site Supervisor

Job Description

TheHome is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor with at least five years of experience to oversee daily operations at construction and interior design sites. This role requires hands-on management of a small team of three personnel and close coordination with multiple trades including carpenters, electricians, and painters. The successful candidate ensures that all project activities align with the design specifications and company quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The Site Supervisor plays a vital role in managing project scheduling, resource availability, and prompt resolution of on-site issues to support the smooth execution of interior design projects. In this position, the Site Supervisor accurately implements both 2D and 3D interior design drawings and detail drawings while conducting thorough site inspections and measurements. The individual directly communicates daily updates to project managers and design teams, coordinates with vendors and contractors for timely deliveries and installations, and monitors site inventory. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, efficient time management, and a commitment to upholding rigorous safety standards and site discipline to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet client expectations.
Responsibilities
 

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Implement interior design drawings including 2D, 3D, and detailed designs with precision.
• Lead and manage a team of three site personnel, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Coordinate effectively with carpenters, electricians, painters, and other labor teams to synchronize workflow.
• Monitor the availability of materials and manage site inventory to prevent delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and compliance with design and company standards.
• Provide daily progress reports to the project manager or design team, highlighting key developments and concerns.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues swiftly to minimize project disruptions.
• Enforce safety protocols and promote proper site discipline to maintain a secure work environment.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee timely deliveries and installations.
• Perform site measurements and update plans or documentation as necessary to reflect actual conditions.
