Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Showroom Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in DHA Karāchi. The Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure an outstanding customer experience, and drive store sales. This role involves managing the showroom team, maintaining showroom appearance, handling customer queries, and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and enhancing the Customer Experience
• Demonstrated ability in Sales, including developing strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Knowledge of showroom operations and best practices
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Experience in retail management or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in building materials or luxury retail would be a plus.
