Job Title: Shipment Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and maintain vehicle yard photos on the company portal for customer reference and record-keeping.
• Provide English translations of Japanese export certificates.
• Verify vehicle manufacturing years using official documents and chassis/VIN information.
• Coordinate and track the dispatch of vehicle accessories to customers.
• Maintain accurate records and data related to assigned operational tasks.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned duties and support daily operational activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in the relevant field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate record
