Job Summary

HANCO Home Appliances is looking for a proactive and organized Operations Coordinator to oversee daily factory operations, customer order processing, production coordination, dispatch planning, and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Dispatch departments while maintaining accurate records using ERP and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from confirmation to final dispatch.
• Follow up with the production team to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for order picking and packing.
• Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch documents.
• Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with transporters and delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders and dispatches.
• Generate daily operational and management reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Operate ERP software for order processing and operational activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Management for smooth workflow.
• Identify operational issues and help improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in Operations, Dispatch, Logistics, Order Processing, or Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Reports, Formulas, Filters, Pivot Tables).
• Experience using ERP software (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
