Job Description

Isuzu Lyallpur Motors is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor with a strong background in customer service and automotive knowledge. The ideal candidate has at least three years of relevant experience and excels in communication, appointment scheduling, warranty processing, and billing. This role involves directly interacting with customers to understand their vehicle service needs, providing clear explanations of services and costs, and coordinating with the service department to ensure timely and high-quality repairs. The Service Advisor supports the overall customer experience by managing service bookings and ensuring all information is accurately captured in computerized service management systems. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it demands effective collaboration with technicians and other staff to deliver excellent service outcomes.


Responsibilities
 

  • Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to their vehicle service needs to determine necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently using computerized service management systems to optimize service bay availability and customer convenience.
  • Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, repairs, costs, and the timeline for completion to customers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Process warranty claims accurately and follow up with manufacturers to ensure compliance and timely reimbursements.
  • Prepare and manage billing and invoicing related to vehicle services, ensuring accuracy and clarity for customers.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of automotive systems, technical advances, and repair processes to answer customer inquiries and advise on best practices.
  • Coordinate communication between customers and service technicians to provide status updates and address any concerns during the service process.
  • Ensure all service records and documents are accurately entered and maintained within the computerized service management system.
  • Work collaboratively with the service department to resolve issues promptly, meet customer expectations, and uphold Isuzu Lyallpur Motors’ standards for quality and service.
  • Assist in monitoring customer satisfaction and address complaints effectively to enhance overall customer loyalty.
