SEO Intern

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented SEO Intern to support our SEO team in improving organic search visibility, website performance, and content optimization. This role is suitable for someone who wants to gain practical, hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and identify content and ranking opportunities.
• Optimize on-page SEO elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and internal links.
• Support content creation by preparing SEO briefs and reviewing content for SEO optimization.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Identify and report basic technical SEO issues such as broken links, crawl errors, page-speed issues, and indexing problems.
• Assist with link-building and outreach activities.
• Conduct competitor and SERP analysis to support SEO strategy.
• Prepare basic SEO performance reports and track progress against KPIs.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, SEO trends, and evolving best practices, including AI-driven search.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with a CMS such as WordPress.
• Basic content writing or copywriting experience.
• Relevant certifications such as Google Analytics, Semrush Academy, HubSpot, or similar.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 per month
