Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi Division for a Digital Growth Manager. The Digital Growth Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and performance analysis. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing data-driven marketing and sales strategies, managing digital campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, overseeing project management tasks, and collaborating with teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders
• Proven experience in sales and the ability to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities
• Proficiency in project management, ensuring timely delivery of digital initiatives
• Experience with analytics tools to track and optimize performance metrics
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
• Previous experience in a digital marketing or growth-related role is preferred

Salary upto 150k

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
