We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive with at least three years of relevant experience to join our Karachi-based team. This role involves engaging directly with US-based clients to drive outbound sales efforts, manage inbound inquiries, and ensure the successful closure of deals for various software development services including web, mobile, AI, digital marketing, and ERP/business solutions. The ideal candidate is self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working the permanent night shift from 8:00 pm to 5:00 am, Monday to Friday. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience to rejection, and expertise in handling cold calls and objection management. You will not manage a team but will take end-to-end ownership of your sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals, maintaining client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and reporting on sales performance.
