HR WAYS (PRIVATE) LIMITED is a leading software development company specializing in B2B and B2C solutions, custom software development, and software exports, serving both local and international markets. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive with at least three years of relevant experience to join our Karachi-based team. This role involves engaging directly with US-based clients to drive outbound sales efforts, manage inbound inquiries, and ensure the successful closure of deals for various software development services including web, mobile, AI, digital marketing, and ERP/business solutions. The ideal candidate is self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working the permanent night shift from 8:00 pm to 5:00 am, Monday to Friday. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience to rejection, and expertise in handling cold calls and objection management. You will not manage a team but will take end-to-end ownership of your sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals, maintaining client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and reporting on sales performance. Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using platforms such as Apollo, LinkedIn, and targeted cold email campaigns to generate outbound sales opportunities.
  • Conduct daily cold calls to US-based prospects, managing structured follow-ups and executing booking sequences to set meetings and demos.
  • Respond to inbound leads generated from Google and Meta advertising campaigns by qualifying prospects, conducting discovery calls, and performing solution walkthroughs.
  • Convert qualified leads into paying clients by effectively communicating the value of software development services and addressing client needs.
  • Prepare clear and competitive proposals, including pricing and project scope, working closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Handle client objections related to pricing, timelines, and technical aspects by providing well-articulated responses and negotiating terms to facilitate deal closure.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and maximizing closing ratios.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with US clients post-sale, acting as the primary point of contact to enhance customer satisfaction and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure accurate handover of client requirements and timely project execution.
  • Strictly maintain CRM systems such as Odoo, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Track daily pipeline activities, follow-ups, and conversion rates, and prepare comprehensive weekly reports detailing sales performance and revenue generation.
  • Stay informed about market trends and US buyer psychology to tailor sales approaches and increase effectiveness in client engagement.
  • Adhere to company policies and work schedule, including a permanent night shift from 8:00 pm to 5:00 am, Monday through Friday.
  • Demonstrate resilience and persistence in a high-rejection environment, maintaining motivation and professionalism in all sales interactions.
