Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive sales activities for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate must have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads through personal networks and referrals
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Conduct site visits, meetings, and project presentations for potential clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Handle client queries, negotiations, and closing of deals
  • Maintain updated database of clients and prospects
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth transaction processing
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in real estate sales
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of Karachi property market
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Strong networking and client handling skills
