Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Product Designer. The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for designing user-centered products and interfaces, conducting user research, and creating visual design assets that elevate the user experience. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, solving complex design challenges, and implementing design thinking methodologies to deliver innovative solutions. The role plays a critical part in shaping intuitive, aesthetically appealing, and impactful user experiences for our cryptocurrency platform.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Visual Design and crafting compelling, aesthetically pleasing interfaces
• Proficiency in Design Thinking methodologies to create innovative and user-focused solutions
• Experience conducting User Research and translating insights into actionable design strategies
• Proven ability in Product Design, with a focus on designing functional and user-friendly experiences
• Knowledge of UX Research and the ability to evaluate user behavior to refine designs
• Exceptional collaboration skills for working with interdisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Experience in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry is a MUST
