Job Description

As a Senior Officer at Fulcrum Pvt Ltd, you will work independently to explore new growth avenues, nurture existing relationships, and contribute to the companys revenue goals. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it demands excellent self-management, initiative, and the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional groups to align business development strategies with company objectives. You will be responsible for conducting market research, understanding customer needs, and tailoring business approaches to meet those needs, thereby fostering a competitive edge in the SME segment.
Responsibilities
 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SME sector to increase company market share and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Generate qualified leads through various channels including networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
  • Engage multiple stakeholders including clients, partners, and internal teams to coordinate and support business development initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to develop effective sales strategies and business proposals.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align promotional campaigns and product features with client needs.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and continuously build knowledge of the SME business landscape.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications within the companys CRM system.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and uphold the companys values in all client and stakeholder interactions.
