Senior Electrician

Hawk Lighting is seeking an experienced Senior Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in electrical wiring installation, troubleshooting electrical systems, and adhering to electrical safety standards. This role focuses on identifying and resolving faults in lighting systems, with a primary emphasis on troubleshooting faulty lights and expertise in creating profile lights. The Senior Electrician will work independently to ensure that all electrical installations and repairs meet company and industry quality standards. Responsibilities
Perform thorough inspections and diagnostics to troubleshoot and repair faulty lighting systems efficiently.

Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical wiring and fixtures according to technical specifications and electrical safety standards.

Assemble and install profile lights, ensuring they meet design requirements and function properly.

Collaborate with other technical staff to plan and execute electrical projects within established timelines.

Maintain accurate documentation of all electrical work performed, including troubleshooting reports and installation records.

Identify potential electrical hazards and implement corrective measures to ensure a safe working environment.

Use specialized tools and testing equipment to assess electrical circuits and components.

Stay updated with industry trends, electrical codes, and safety regulations to ensure compliance during all operations.

Provide technical advice on the selection and use of electrical materials and equipment specific to lighting systems.

Monitor electrical system performance to prevent downtime and improve reliability.

Train and guide junior electricians on best practices related to wiring installation and troubleshooting, promoting skill development and adherence to safety.
