As we continue to scale our US campaigns, we are seeking a senior-level sales professional who can both drive revenue personally and build a high-performing outbound sales team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with 5+ years of proven experience in US B2B cold calling campaigns. This role requires a strong closer who is comfortable making high-volume outbound calls while also leading, training, and managing a small sales team.

This is a hands-on leadership role. The ideal candidate will not only build pipeline and close business but also create structure, scripts, training processes, and accountability within the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation (Individual Contribution)

Lead outbound US cold-calling efforts targeting decision-makers

Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings

Convert prospects into retained or commission-based recruitment clients

Own pipeline management and forecasting

Handle objections and negotiations confidently

Present recruitment services clearly and effectively

Sales Leadership & Team Management

Manage and mentor a small team of Business Development Representatives

Train team members on cold calling, objection handling, and closing techniques

Develop and refine sales scripts and outreach strategies

Monitor KPIs including DM-to-meeting ratio, meeting-to-close ratio, and revenue targets

Conduct call reviews and performance coaching sessions

Drive accountability and performance culture

Sales Operations

Ensure CRM (Zoho) is consistently updated and accurate

Assist in dashboard development and reporting

Collaborate closely with recruitment and account management teams

Support implementation of Sales SOPs and process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to identify, engage, and acquire new clients in the United States, with a focus on service-based businesses.
  • Conduct outbound cold calling campaigns daily to generate leads, qualify prospects, and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage client relationships by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing tailored solutions that create long-term value.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to secure favorable terms while ensuring compliance with company policies and revenue goals.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management software, specifically Zoho or similar platforms, to track sales activities, manage pipeline stages, and report on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and presentations that effectively communicate service benefits and value propositions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
  • Mentor and support colleagues by sharing best practices and contributing to a positive sales environment without formal team management responsibilities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of recruitment and professional service industry dynamics to effectively position TalentBridgeX offerings.
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate US time zones and ensure timely communication with prospects and clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets by closing new business opportunities through effective negotiation and objection handling.
