We’re looking for a Business Developer who can identify high-value opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and convert leads into long-term clients. If you have strong experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, and SaaS sales, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage bidding & lead generation (Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Write winning proposals and maintain a strong conversion rate
• Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
• Conduct discovery calls and deliver tailored solutions
• Collaborate with tech teams & track progress via CRM
What We Expect:
• Experience in Upwork bidding / Business Development (IT/SaaS)
• Strong communication, proposal writing & negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
