Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Profit & Loss and Financial Statements, and Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

• Analyze financial data and accounting records to identify inconsistencies or unusual patterns.

• Conduct test of controls; identify control weaknesses and suggest improvements to mitigate risks and prevent fraud.

• Highlight long-outstanding receivables and areas of non-compliance with SOPs.

• Evaluate accounting processes and systems, identify flaws, and recommend corrective actions.

• Participate in departmental meetings to discuss audit findings and support continuous improvement.

• Document audit procedures and findings and maintain organized working papers and records.

• Ensure adherence to internal control procedures and corporate policies.

• Support the resolution of internal audit issues and contribute to audit planning.

• Willingness to work extended hours during audit cycles to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIA) preferred.

• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

• Hands-on experience with audits, internal controls, and financial reporting.
