What You’ll Be Doing

Own our content strategy across platforms: newsletters, blogs, social media, and more
Translate market trends and wealth strategies into punchy, accessible content
Ghostwrite for executives, advisors, and the CIO to build personal and firm-level credibility
Plan and execute content campaigns aligned with business goals
Monitor performance metrics, iterate based on data, and double down on what works
Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory shifts, and narrative opportunities
Ensure all content is compliant, brand-aligned, and client-relevant

What We’re Looking For

You have a bias for execution and get immense satisfaction from shipping high-impact work.
You’ve worked in startup environments or top-tier consulting and can toggle between strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving.
You bring rigor, structure, and clarity to ambiguous situations.
You are detail-oriented with a strong design sensibility and a knack for storytelling.
You possess exceptional communication and organizational skills—you keep projects (and people) on track.
You have a strong professional network and are energized by community-building, especially in crypto or tech circles.
You take full ownership of outcomes, hold yourself to high standards, and are open to direct feedback.

✅ Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or a similar execution-focused role
Prior experience at a startup or in a top-tier consulting firm (Top 5)
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering cross-functional projects
Strong writing, presentation, and storytelling skills
Willingness to travel for conferences and events
